Small-size assorted ice-processing lines (XBL500 and XBL1000) are our new generation products which continuously accomplish mixing material, disinfection, even quality, cooling, aging, congealment, filling and hardening.
From feeding material to automatic completion of finished products, it adopts the technology of high evenness in cutting and continuous congealment. The sizes of fat balls can be smaller than 1μm. With good stability, fine and refreshing taste, the products can reach as high as 100% in expanding rate.
The electrical requirements are controlled in a centralized way, needless to have steam boiler and other cooling equipment.
The production line can realize the changes of many varieties only by replacing its feeding head. It can produce cup ice cream, egg-tray ice cream, stick ice cream, chocolate-coated ice cream, kernel ice cream and ice sucker.
We can install, adjust and test our equipment, train personnel, provide technology and prescriptions free of charge, until qualified products are made so as to ensure your investment is perfectly safe. Moreover, paper boxes, plastic boxes, packing bags and wood sticks can be supplied.
